Once you are admitted as a patient, you will be taken under the care of a skilled interdisciplinary team, including a certified rehabilitation and nursing staff trained to meet your special needs. Together, your team will create a regimen tailored just for you.

Throughout your stay, you'll use leading-edge equipment to aid in your rehabilitation. All the while, our team will monitor your care and report to your physician and managed health care plan. For return home, we may perform a home evaluation if needed and arrange for equipment and home care needs.
